The Festival Théâtre Communauté des Noirs brings together Afrodescendant people in the same space, to discuss culture, theater and the socio-economic issues facing black communities. At the heart of the festival is the Absolument Femmes day: a sharing opportunity for and by women.

The aim of the festival is to provide a platform for artists to showcase their talents and the excellence of Black people. The event is intended to provide an opportunity to learn more about the stories and countless contributions of Afro-descendant Canadians to the development of Canada.

In addition to the Festival Théâtre Communauté des Noirs, the Compagnie Théâtre Créole offers the Festithéâtrecréole. The next edition of this festival runs from October 22 to 31, 2021. Follow us on Facebook for all the details.
