The administrative assistant will perform administrative tasks to support the managers.

Tasks to be performed

  • Maintain contact with employees and participants
  • Promote and actively participate in activities offered by the organization
  • Any requests from the immediate supervisor relating to the position
  • Various accounting and management tasks
  • Attend board meetings
  • Report writing
  • Drafting and processing correspondence

Profile required

  • Be between 15 and 30 years of age for the duration of the contract
  • A keen interest in the arts, culture and diversity
  • Be available to answer questions from team members
  • Experience in event organization (virtual and face-to-face)
  • Experience in communications planning and knowledge of SEO an asset

Salary

14/hour, negotiable depending on experience

Job status: 20-week contract, May to October.
Part-time, 25 hours per week, no fixed schedule.
