
Description
The administrative assistant will perform administrative tasks to support the managers.
Tasks to be performed
- Maintain contact with employees and participants
- Promote and actively participate in activities offered by the organization
- Any requests from the immediate supervisor relating to the position
- Various accounting and management tasks
- Attend board meetings
- Report writing
- Drafting and processing correspondence
Profile required
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age for the duration of the contract
- A keen interest in the arts, culture and diversity
- Be available to answer questions from team members
- Experience in event organization (virtual and face-to-face)
- Experience in communications planning and knowledge of SEO an asset
Salary
14/hour, negotiable depending on experience
Job status: 20-week contract, May to October.
Part-time, 25 hours per week, no fixed schedule.
